We have a 3-Day return policy. Which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damaged or Defective Products

Shipping Damage: If your item arrives damaged, please inspect it immediately upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged products(s) as evidence.​

Defective Products: If your product has a manufacturing defect or any issue that affects its functionality, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Reporting Damages or Issues

If you discover that your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 1 day from the date of delivery to report on the issue.

Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your order it must be made within 24 hours of your purchase. Otherwise, cancellation and the refund will not be done.
