Refund Policy:

We have a 3-Day return policy. Which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

• The item must be in the same condition as you received it.

• It must be unused.

• The item must have all original tags and labels attached.

• The item must be in its original packaging

• You must provide the receipt for proof purchase.​

 

Please note that if you wish to return your item YOU are responsible for the cost of shipping back to us.

Non-Returnable Items

• Please note that some items, such as custom or personalized products, may not be eligible for return or exchange unless there is a defect or damage.​

 

At CRFWI we take great pride in delivering high-quality products and ensuring your complete satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise during the shipping or delivery process. Below is our policy for addressing damages and issues with your order.

Damaged or Defective Products

• Shipping Damage: If your item arrives damaged, please inspect it immediately upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged products(s) as evidence.​

• Defective Products: If your product has a manufacturing defect or any issue that affects its functionality, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

 

We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Reporting Damages or Issues

​

• If you discover that your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 1 days from the date of delivery to report on the issue.

Cancellations

​

• If you choose to cancel your order it must be made within 24 hours of your purchase. Otherwise, cancellation and the refund will not be done.

 

Exchanges

​

• Exchanges are acceptable on a case-by-case basis and will be reviewed at the time of the initiated return.
